The South Texas Economic Development Corporation and the Texas General Land Office selected JWTC in 2016 to provide reconstruction services for the Donna Apartments DR Project. The program funded by the GLO provided grants to reconstruct housing for residents who experienced damage from previous flood events.

JWTC was selected based on our capability and experience with rehabilitation and reconstruction services and our proven timely quality construction services with previous General Land Office and LRGVDC programs.

The multi-family housing project was located in Donna, Hidalgo County, Texas, and required a 90-day completion date from issuance of notice to proceed. This project included the reconstruction of two apartment buildings and infrastructure.
