JWTC worked for The Lower Rio Grande Valley Development Council and the Texas General Land Office (GLO) on disaster recovery demolition and reconstruction of 42 single-family homes, “White Houses”, in Raymondville, Texas.

The project scope included developing scopes of work for individual project, bidding and documentation, implementation of a data management system, conducting site visits, coordination with building code officials, preparing bid packages and bidding, attending pre-bid conferences, contract award, attending pre-construction conferences, conducting necessary construction, submitting invoices for progress payments, project closeout, and homeowner evaluations.
