JWTC was selected based on our capability and experience with both rehabilitation and reconstruction services and our experience with HUD CDBG programs.

Our team succeeded in rehabilitating 14 apartment buildings consisting of 58 individual apartments for this project. Rehabilitation included replacing doors, trim, windows, HVAC electrical and plumbing fixtures, paint, and insulation to full compliance standards.
