The Harris County Rehabilitation Program is designed to provide permanent rehabilitation and repairs for homeowners in Harris County who suffered damage from Hurricane Harvey. The Harris County Community Services Department selected JWTC in 2019 to rehabilitate qualified homes that experienced damage. The project scope includes full rehabilitation and repairs to floors, walls, ceilings, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and other rehabilitation items.
