The Harris County Reconstruction Programs are designed to provide complete demolition and reconstruction of single-family homes for homeowners in Harris County who suffered damage from Hurricane Harvey. Additionally, Harris County also assists homeowners who qualify under other funding sources. The Harris County Community Services Department selected JWTC in 2019, and again in 2020, to provide reconstruction services. The project scope includes complete demolition of existing structures and reconstruction of single-family homes.
