JWTC, Ltd. was founded by James Turner, President/ CEO in 1982 with the primary focus of providing temporary sheltering, residential rehabilitation, reconstruction, and new home construction to homeowners in the moderate price range. Since then, JWTC has completed over 34,000 homes, bringing safety and community back to the areas most in need.

When Disaster Hits Home
“At JWTC, helping communities recover from disaster is part of who we are. Through our Disaster Recovery projects, we work every day to help families and communities rebuild after some of their most difficult moments. That mission is one of the many reasons I am proud to be part of this company. On June 24, 2026, that mission became deeply personal.
As a U.S.-Venezuelan citizen originally from Caracas, I watched with heartbreak as devastating earthquakes struck Venezuela, impacting thousands of families, including friends and loved ones. Seeing JWTC immediately step forward to support relief efforts reminded me why I am proud to be part of this team.
Our employees quickly came together to collect medical supplies, clothing, food, hygiene products, and other essentials for those affected. Their generosity demonstrated that compassion knows no borders and that recovery truly begins with people helping people.

JWTC is Giving Back
World War II veteran Raul Vera, 89, has a new home built on the site where lightning burned down his home and took the life of his wife, Martha. Thanks to the volunteer efforts of local veterans and the generous donation of time and materials by JWTC, Raul can now spend his days on his porch enjoying time with his dogs.
