Debris Removal:
Built for Disaster. Ready for Debris.

When disaster hits, you're not just hiring trucks and drivers. You're hiring a management structure. A logistics system. A team that knows how to keep operations moving when conditions change, schedules compress, and the pressure is on. That's what JWTC brings to every debris activation.

JWTC has managed debris operations across Florida, Louisiana, Texas, North Carolina, and Maryland — and we're just getting started.

JWTC has consistently demonstrated the ability to effectively manage both construction operations and large-scale field logistics... That level of organization and operational oversight carries across both their public works operations and their construction programs."

Emergency Snow Removal

This effort showcased our ability to respond rapidly—after receiving a call on Friday evening, we mobilized quickly and had crews fully operational by Monday morning.

We conducted 24-hour snow removal operations across assigned sectors to maintain safe access to alleyways, sidewalks, and priority routes. Work priorities were continuously adjusted in close coordination with Baltimore City leadership to support public safety, sanitation continuity, and emergency access.

Equipment deployed included:

  • 369 Skid Steers

  • 128 Dump Trucks

  • 16 Salt Trucks

  • 20 Wheeled Loaders providing snow relocation and loading support

All personnel and equipment were assigned by sector and integrated under JWTC field supervision, ensuring seamless, continuous operations. Field leadership was provided by Patrick Haygood, Nick Sobrino, Brian Benoit, and Lindsey Baumgardner.

This project was the first of its kind for our organization and provided valuable lessons in rapidly adapting technology to log and report hours for 100+ subcontractor crews. We successfully developed an interactive dashboard and are fine-tuning our logistics coordination to support disaster recovery activations within hours of the initial call.
