The Willacy County Housing Authority and the Texas General Land Office selected JWTC in 2020 to provide rehabilitation and reconstruction construction services for residential apartment homes. The program, funded by the GLO, provided grants to rehabilitate and reconstruct housing for residents who experienced damage from 2015 flood events.

JWTC was selected based on our capability and experience with both rehabilitation and reconstruction services and our proven timely quality construction services with previous Willacy County Housing Authority programs.

The multi-family housing project located in Raymondville, Texas required a 90-day completion date from the issuance of the notice to proceed. This project included the reconstruction of 4 White Houses, the renovation of 72 apartment units, and a complete reroof.
