RESILIENT HOME PROGRAM (RHP) ENHANCED WOOD FRAME CONSTRUCTION

The Resilient Home Program (RHP) is a Community Development Block Grant Mitigation (CDBG-MIT) pilot program administered by the Texas General Land Office (GLO). The Resilient Home Program provides reconstruction services for homeowners affected by Hurricane Harvey, who have damaged homes from South Texas to the Louisiana border. This program provides the reconstruction of homes using resilient construction methods to be able to withstand 2 feet of water for 24 hours.

Some notable features include our mold-resistant wall assembly, specialized treatment on cabinetry and wall assembly, closed cell foam insulation in the bottom of the wall assembly, ceramic tile with grout sealant, sealed interior wood doors, rubber cove base, fiberglass exterior doors, MEPs in the attic, conditioned attic space, and green-friendly construction methods.

JWTC has been issued work orders throughout Texas. We currently have 101 jobs either completed or under construction in this program.

Five loaves.

Two fish.

Whatever you have, it is ENOUGH. When you offer what you have, small gifts become magnified.

What do we do? We brand, market, design, develop and create beautiful things.

We believe that strength is for service, not status.

Our marketing and public relations experience spans from American Quarter Horses to Texas Country Music, from sushi to pizzas, and city government to humane societies. We create concepts, bring them to life through graphic design, and then put them in motion through print, online and social mediums.
