La Perla Estates was a new construction development consisting of eight housing units located between First and Second Street on Campbell Boulevard in San Perlita, TX, within Willacy County, a State MID county for the 2019 Rio Grande Valley Floods.

JWTC was awarded the project in 2023, with $1,400,000 in funding from the 2019 Affordable Rental Program. One of the eight homes featured three bedrooms, while the remaining seven had two. All eight units were designated as 100% LMI units.
