James W. Turner

President and CEO

Mr. James “J.W.” Turner founded JWTC in 1982 specializing in residential and commercial construction projects after graduating from Midland College. Mr. Turner’s construction knowledge and management experience enables him to lead his team members and produce a quality product in an efficient amount of time. He concentrates on client management, quality control, project management and administration. Mr. Turner is licensed in multiple states, is a member of the National Association of Builders, is a Nationally Certified Graduate Master Builder, and a Nationally Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist. Mr. Turner has extensive experience with HUD CDBG-DR programs, and has been involved in post disaster recovery programs since the early 1990’s.

Lauren Turner

Vice President and CFO

Ms. Turner is the Vice President, CFO, and Administration Support Specialist for JWTC. Ms. Turner attended Texas A&M University where she specialized in Business Accounting. She has over 30 years of experience in finance management and the administration of major construction programs. Ms. Turner has extensive knowledge of HUD CDBG programs and is responsible for management and administration operations at JWTC as it relates to federal regulations, financial management, vendor payments, and coordination with program managers.
