Just in Time for Christmas!
JWTC completes the demolition and construction of a new three bedroom, two bath home of approximately 1300 square feet in 17 days. As a part of the first home completed for the City of Houston’s Home Repair Program, JWTC was honored to be selected as the construction contractor for the project. The “Passing of the Keys” ceremony was conducted on December 20, 2018, allowing the homeowner to spend Christmas in their new Sunny Side Community home.
