James W. Turner Construction was founded in 1982 by Mr. J. W. Turner.  JWTC has been providing residential remodeling and new construction services for over 35 years in multiple states.    We construct with a passion to build homes on a Programmatic Scale while maintaining quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction; for which we are known.  Today, we are one of the largest volume residential remodelers and new construction builders for HUD and HUD CDBG post-disaster programs in various states.  JWTC is a top ranking General Contractor of choice by numerous local community leaders and administrators for Post Disaster Rebuilding projects.
